About us

We will work closely with you to support and empower you on your journey to physical and emotional well-being. We believe that body wellness is not just about physical health. It’s about finding a balance between body, mind, and spirit. In this state, we feel content, connected, energised, resilient and safe.

Hi, I’m Simon

For me, healing is about more than just reducing symptoms, it’s important to re-establish a connection with our bodies, too. This involves changing old, deep-seated somatic patterns to bring us back to wholeness.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked to develop my own unique and intuitive approach to health and wellness, blending together science, movement, and energy work.

It all began in 2006 when I became a personal trainer with the National Association of Sports Medicine. I soon began to develop a deeper curiosity that extended well beyond the gym floor as a result of my passion for helping people feel better about their bodies. This led to me going travelling to Goa a year later to enrol in the Himalaya Valley Yoga School's 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training.

I started to see things differently and knew I wanted to take a more holistic approach to body wellness. In 2008, I trained as a Pilates instructor and a few years later went on to deepen my knowledge of physical rehabilitation and hands-on care, training as a Sports Massage Therapist, gaining a Level 3 BTEC.

In 2018, I registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC Reg. 10029) and earned a Master's degree in Osteopathic Medicine. Between 2018 and 2020, I was an Assistant Lecturer at the European School of Osteopathy, where I had the opportunity to share my expanding knowledge, focusing on visceral and structural techniques. I continued to work one-on-one with clients alongside my teaching role, applying all I learned from subtle energy work to traditional anatomy.

I’m fascinated by energy and how it can affect us physically, mentally and spiritually, which is why I went on to train in energy-based healing techniques such as Reiki, shamanic healing and soul retrieval. During this time, I became aware of how the body can store years and years of trauma and, more importantly, how we can let it go.

I frequently combine energetic and emotional insights with physical treatments, creating an environment that can bring about real transformation.

I live with and manage Crohn’s disease, which has led to my particular interest in autoimmune diseases and visceral dysfunction, especially those who suffer from Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's disease, and illnesses linked to stress. I also work with clients who are dealing with burnout, anxiety, depression, PTSD, childbirth trauma, recent and long-term injury recovery, chronic pain, and pregnancy-related issues.

Hi, I’m Xenia

I love weaving together the strands of healing I’ve studied over the years, including yoga, nutrition, and massage, to create a nurturing space where body, mind, and spirit can realign and heal naturally.

In 2013 I travelled to the peaceful Dhanwantari Ashram in Neyyar Dam, Kerala, India to complete my 200-hour Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training. When I returned to the UK, I began teaching traditional yoga in a range of spaces, from sports clubs, including David Lloyd’s, and Reynolds spa.

I completed my Level 3 ITEC qualification in Sports Massage Therapy at the European School of Osteopathy in 2017. At the same time, I finished a three-year BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition at London South Bank University.

Soon after, Simon and I started our own holistic practice, Greencrest Therapies in Maidstone, Kent. I also joined the Osteo Group, where I offered both sports and holistic massage therapy alongside nutritional guidance.

I truly believe the body is a miraculous system, a delicate symphony of particles working in harmony. Our lifestyle choices can either support this natural rhythm or disrupt it. But when we take the time to truly listen and respond to what our bodies are telling us, we unlock the potential to feel vibrant and balanced across all levels – mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Since I was a child, I’ve always spoken honestly and directly, sometimes too much for our world. I see things deeply and often feel words aren’t necessary; observation alone reveals so much. It’s not always easy being this way; at times it’s isolating, but it’s also a gift. Over time, I’ve come to understand that this ability to ‘see’ is meant to be shared, and it’s led me to my calling: to guide others through healing.

I’ve learned that everyone who crosses our path does so for a reason. If you come to me for a treatment, it’s not by chance; there’s often a message waiting for you. Sometimes it comes clearly, other times it unfolds gradually, revealing itself when you're ready to receive it. My role is to create space for that opening, whether through massage, lymphatic drainage, a facial, or trigger point release; each technique offers a doorway to deeper understanding and healing.

My tools are simple, yet profound: soft tissue bodywork and the expression of art. I only ever use natural, toxin-free products, because just like us, they come from nature, and that connection matters. Every treatment is a journey, one I’m honoured to take with you.
